Cax, re: Sync channel in cdma2000 Release A I just took a look at the 3GPP2 FTP site. Nothing new has been posted on the issue since last weekend. There are probably exchanges on the e-mail reflector, but unlike 3GPP that is not publicly available. The ball is in Motorola's court to update their simplified proposal (by yesterday) plus documenting enhancements to mitigate system performance degradation problems and provide performance and analysis data. According to schedule guidelines proposed by LGE, Motorola, And Samsung, weekly scheduled conference calls are taking place and their will be a face to face meeting on March 4 (if required) with the objective of reaching consensus. Deadline for submission of any modified proposal to TSG-C (if necessary) is 3/11, with approval of same by the 15th. - Eric -
