I still don't see what point you're trying to make. MIR demonstrated pretty convincingly, IMO, three weeks ago that their existing cash and projected cash flows from operations will be significantly more than that needed to cover CAPEX and scheduled debt maturities. The additional collateral they had to post to cover trading activities is already posted, so there's only upside there in terms of liquidity (should Moody's restore their rating or should they partner with an FI on trading).

Softie, you're worrying about things we already know the answer to. I suggest you go back and listen to all the recent conference calls again. Or read the posts here from shortly after the calls. None of the concerns you raise were left unaddressed.
