If capital market is that tight like what they're saying then many companies will be in deep troubles especially any companies that relied on debts for expansion last few years which including telecom and energy sectors.

One only needs to worry about tight capital markets if one needs to access them.

For companies that have relied on debt to fund growth over recent years, you need to look at scheduled maturities, free cash flows (after CAPEX), and any covenants that might accelerate the maturities or raise the costs on the debts should they be triggered.
