I don't think it is a breach.

But what a couple of higher ups at Enron did is pure fraud.

Reporters here have a good story line to go running around with and a lot of companies will go under the microscope. As a result we will see that thousands of other "officer heads" are in the same situation as some of Cisco's officers are.

I'm just surprised by the lack of knowledge by a lot of reporters to this stuff.

Cisco's silence is what has me worried. Why hide if you have nothing to hide? If everything was kosher, then wouldn't they come out and disclose everything? Or maybe they too are having trouble unraveling the web of insider investments? Anyway, I've always said that the ones most afraid of Big Brother are the one with the most to hide. <vbg>
