I'm not familiar enough with the accounting rules on commodity trades to call those actions fraud. Seems to me that Anderson would need to clarify how those transactions were treated in audit. As to your other point, I've looked at the trades of Enron officers and nothing pops out as untoward. Of course, I'm only referring to publicly available info at this time.

They obviously have brought themselves trouble, but I'm afraid pure fraud has not yet been proved.
