Maybe you should read it again. My quotes emphasised the actual found substance and that was the main news item of those articles.

The next article gave a short recap of the arrests followed several paragraphs which again identified the substance. The rest of the article was yesterday's news.

In short I quoted the most relevant portion of the news item, I did not misrepresent it. You really showed your goof when you amplified the earlier incomplete information with an even sketchier and older account:
