shocked if even 2 serve prison time of >5 yrs we are dealing with statutes extremely difficult to prove complicity wait until you see the lawyers and their arguments then come the "deals" to keep them out of prison some restitution, some rolling over, some producing documents that implicate, etc etc this is a white-collar game plausible deniability is the rule of the game I think the cleanest con was Winnick of GXing all he did was build and build and obtain huge financing he probably knew that it would go bust after spring2k unfolded not illegal to overbuild and sell at the top, eh? / jim
