Listening to the conference call gives a refreshing picture into the state of the electronics industry. Market segments: ---Telecom down and not stabilized ---consumer down ---auto promises growth but it is slow to get started ---aerospace/military looks like the best growth ---industrial tools looks steady Interesting question about runtimes: Higher volume projects have the most problems with runtimes. But these are not very sophisticated projects. They are generally done in-house. Why are the larger projects not among the most sophisticated? Short term looks pretty bleak.
