I can see your goal, thanks. However, I do not recall any indications that Barrett et al. are buying back... who actually define guidelines for financial engineering and creative accountings, would invest into something much less visible and unknown like other companies, unless they have not quite positive outlook?

So compare it to the history of Barrett's previous sales and purchases to determine if his pattern with this sale is different. Your thesis is "Barrett is dumping stock before a fall." You have the burden of proof. The one anecdotal piece of evidence you've presented is not conclusive. Present more hard data and perhaps then we'll have a topic for debate.
