Am I correct that NDX 1300 marks an IT low prior to a more sizeable rally into March expiration followed by a major decline perhaps lower than the Sept. lows?

I recall that you were looking for compx 1650 by early next week. Is that right or is compx 1690 the IT low before a more sustained rally to March expiry?
