Many tech stocks are now priced for a worst cast scenario -- as if US is in a deep recession....IMO, we are in an OVERsold condition...yet, we will not pull out of this downturn until the market sentiment and psychology change...right now the Naz is violently sick and it can't even stomach a few warnings -- in the boom period it wouldn't have even noticed them...=)

On other threads I have pointed out that the very poor action of junk bonds recently has ominous implications for stocks. That simply is not the kind of action one sees if a strong economic rebound is on the horizon.
