AL, if the Pegaso deal wasn't dealt, I imagine there is some renegotiation to be done. But, as PCSTEL says, it's not a big deal on LWIN's balance sheet anyway.

If there's a renegotiation, it will be about yawn-sized for the liability via debt guarantee for Leap [compared with the market capitalisation changes in Leap since PCSTEL snapped up a bargain].

Though I should also remind you that Enron and Global Crossing had balance sheets too and that I still have no idea where Osama or Gary Condit are or when Globalstar will get things sorted out.
