I'd say all the way. I've contended for the last few years that the majority of the telecom companies (both service providers & equipment makers) need to go out of business for the sector to improve. The bubble was too big and overcapacity is too high. What will the world think if AT&T goes belly up?

There will be money to be made sifting through the ashes. I'd say CSCO will make some nice aquisitions, like perhaps JNPR in the low single digits.
