that reminds me of a joke I received the other day. A middle aged woman had a heart attack and was taken to the hospital. While there, she had a vision of God wherein he told her not to worry and that she would live another 40 years, 2 months and 8 days. The woman was overjoyed and, given the length of her remaining life, decided to look her best for it. So she had a facelift, liposuction and a tummy tuck before she left the hospital. She also had a hairdresser come in to color her hair. Three days after she was discharged, she stepped into a crosswalk, was struck by a speeding car, and died. When she got to heaven, she angrily demanded of God why he didn't save her from the car in the crosswalk by pulling her out of the way, given his prior assurance of a long life. God shrugged and said, "I didn't recognize you."
