Bob.... my opinion would be that a turnaround will be like a turtle climbing up a long hill.

The economic news for the past few weeks has been all good any yet the market is not responding.

There has to be a positive money flow into tech mutual funds in order for a sustained rally to happen.

Have you or other threaders noticed how many good stocks are hanging around $10.00 a share. Ten a share has become support or resistance for a lot of good stocks. This makes me suspicious of a quick recovery.

Every recovery is slightly different and this recovery has yet to reveal its true characteristics.
