A courageous leader would propose to raise taxes
One reason that you cannot come to a successful economic concept is that you focus solely on part of the equation. It's not just a matter of taxes. It's taxes, the main revenue, and expenses, which are generally programs that someone wants. You have to consider the whole picture.
