No, actually, I'm quite serious about that. "Politics" and public service has bad name, and attracts too many people with no scruples looking at service as a way to get rich. We've got a million good folks, capable, trustworthy, dedicated in this country, who would be more inclined to public service if the old school were thrown out. The more the merrier. Even if the baby were thrown out with the bathwater, so to speak, there are many more. When it doubt, throw them out.
