You seem to have trouble separating irrelevant information from heart of a story. That explains why you fall for the Murdoch razzle-dazzle stories. Then you attribute all sorts of motives which are not supported by the posts.
to flatly say that it was potassium ferrocyanide was wrong,
flatly say that it was non- lethal was wrong
to imply that the press was merely being alarmist was wrong.
All these are figments of an overactive imagination. I just quoted reliable sources with a tentative identification of the nature and identity of the substance seized. The rest are your projections.
