08:08 ET JP Morgan Chase being examined by Fed regarding Enron (JPM) 29.14: The Wall Street Journal reports that the Federal Reserve Bank of NY is examining JPM's accounting for commodity-related trades with Enron, according to internal central-bank documents. The documents give no indication that JPM is the subject of a formal investigation, yet it's the first sign that the central bank has taken an interest in the transactions.
