I found Earlie to be reasonable and astute in my conversations with him. I disagreed with him on the bus though, making a lot of money for quite a while after he told me it was a bad buy.

Zeev: He may be a "smart cookie" but buying a stock which has a long history of questionable accounting practices and now...

1. is being investigated by the US Attorney and FBI

2. is facing a formal SEC investigation

3. has just tapped its bank credit lines after having trouble raising capital in the commercial paper market

.....still sounds pretty stupid to me. Can you say: Enron?
Qwest? etc.

Zeev i wrote a week ago CA will end up in pennydom.It is and has been a den of thieves for years,imo.
