[Edit] Andrew: No--but guidance was positive. Why not address the uncertainty in the market?

There is a huge disparity between the guidance Harvey provided, and our friend at CSFB. After all, she got a spotlight in Business Week and three Yahoo thread News listings, and was the only analyst to downgrade LWIN. Harvey said 78 million EBITDA loss in 02. She said he was lying and the loss would be EBITDA 220 million. I don't know whose model she uses. But, there have been several here who have created their own model's that verify Harvey's guidance figures! CSFB shows a 140 million difference between Harvey and hers? I mean we aren't even talking Horseshoes and Hand Gernades close here!

Do you think if Harvey "streniously reiterated guidance" that that would make a differance? Hey, maybe she would lower her loss to only 210 million EBITDA.

The only thing Harvey can do is prove that the model works and actually grows in a slowing economy! Concentrate on Cost Efficiencies, and cut down expenses to minimum levels!

Watch WWCA. You will have positive Bid/Ask Ratios and the stock will trade below the Bid! The shorts don't start to cover until it's under $5! It has nothing to do with Market Cap. Just Share Price!
