I don't see what is difficult to understand. At $14, NEWP would be selling at book and twice cash. Their current sales rate keep them in the black, and the current sales rate implies almost no new capex in the semi/optics world. unless the world comes to a standstill, and no more deployment of new capex is called for in the next few years, they'll just muddle at just positive cash flow. but, I doubt te world is coming to an end, the economy is going to pick up, though, only mildly at once, and broadband will once more continue deployment, at which point, they will be positioned to make a lot of money and could easily triple from the $14 area to just under $45 by this time next year. No risk of them going under with the oodles of cash they have and the fact that they keep green even in that very demanding environment.
