Looks like SW and HW sold 2,289,000 shares at about 70.

If the gain was illicit (I don't believe that) and the loss was calculated from 17 (which seems draconian to me), IMCL could recover about $121 million.

That is only about 10% of what they have invested so far.

I repeat my thesis that the ONLY way BMY will get value out of the deal they made is by the approval and commercialization of drugs. Litigation is great for the lawyers and hellish for most everyone else.
