I hope it does NOT become old news. It points out some troubling business practices which need reviewing. If there is any criminal activity, those actors should be punished severely to make an example. Even if we get into the minute workings of business deals, partnerships, closeted negotiations, we might find that alot of it may sound sleazy but not really be a violation of law. So we may be disappointed in that respect. The class action suits have a better chance of revealing some of the juicier stuff than any government investigation.
