Hi Scott: A few comments re your question, "Do you think this was the final "cleansing" before a recovery?" follow:

1.) Final cleansing? No. I'm watching the 1635-40 area. Would not surprise me to see Naz go down another 5%.

2.) Recovery underway. Market thinks ahead, supposedly, 6 months, as you know.

3.) Naz to Sept low of 1400 the way some gurus are now stating? No. Think what it took to get 1400. Now read number 2 again.

4) Variable.... the Dow. Hanging tough at 10k with the Naz doing it's thing. Hum... wonder why? Will it pull back to 9750-9800? What will that do to the Naz? Timing?

5) Like I said last year, we will zig zag, up/down, range bound, so play the swings. Just take those small profits over and over and over again until stinking rich.

The gurus scratch and bang their heads while the monkeys climb the trees.
