You guys are just like the Saudi royal family.-g- Hey, we have band concerts, art fairs, and ice sculpture contests in the public square, instead of floggings and executions! More to the point, we've done a much better job of saving and investing the oil revenues. However, I admit that we were very lucky for a while because of the long bull market in stocks and bonds. Now both the investment and oil revenue are dropping, so if things don't improve soon we will need to raid the fund or institute an income tax to fund the state budget.
