Exp, the 1385/1400 area is also the major bottom in the Naz in late 1998, when I originally had my long range Naz target few years back, I had 1900/5300, anchoring the bottom of the range at the top of that 1998 debacle, with later a correction that if 1900 is breached, the lower range would be lowered to the bottom of the 1998 range(1400), a breach of last September's low could really open the door to a decline all the way to under 1250 (what right now you term "fair value" for the Naz).
