Proxy Vote ?

Things take time to come Down Under. I usually receive proxy forms a week or two AFTER the closing date of voting. What's it all about ?

I had a very quick scan of the link you provided. Looks good, and I caught up on some news. If I've scanned the court transcripts from late last year correctly, now is about the time that the Judge is deciding on a motion to dismiss from the combined remaining defendants. It's probably do or die time for E-Data. Comments ?

EDTA has now gone up from $0.40 to $0.45, with volume up over 17,000. Whilst this isn't earth shattering in itself, it's a definite trend up from recent lulls, with volume usually only being 500 to 2000 shares traded per day. Is interest rising with an imminent decision on the court case's motions to dismiss ? Are there other things happening in the northern hemisphere that I'm unaware of? (likely!)

Not being sensational here, but just curious about a seemingly consistent trend of late. An easy double could have been had in just a couple of weeks, with indications that the upward trend may continue.
