Very good observation.

And...in about 18 months to two years...the XScale will migrate to 0.13 micron and move into the current (today) new fabs as the new x86 CPUs start to ramp up in the new 300 MM 0.09 micron process fabs.

The bulk of .18u capex was spent in 1999 and 2000. On a 5 year depreciation schedule the capacity is not even close to being fully depreciated.
