Once you have an account,
click on "Functions" on the left under "Member Central"
suite101.com

now you should have your HomePages listed there.
You just click on "Edit Site" under the name of your homepage

That takes you to a page that has a whole bunch of functions to make the page look purty....

Click on "Files and Images" at the very bottom
"Upload and delete files and images for use on the HomePage. "

Now click on the "Browse" window and navigate to the file you want to upload that is on your Hard Drive.

Make sure that file is named with no spaces as there used to be problems getting files with spaces working (since the name turns into a web address...).

Now click "Upload File/Image

Probably best to keep the passwords secret as you don't want anyone to put a virus in there... but if you need help, then send me an email with the password and I can try. Once you get the files uploaded, we want to make them easy to get on the home page... I can do that to show how it is done then you'll have an easy model to modify to add more files.

Here is a page one member made to show off her yard and grand kids:
suite101.com

I think for these files, it makes sense to just make clickable links on the homepage to them. I can easily do it once you upload the files. Then I just show you how to edit that page to add new files and you are set, unless you want to upload pictures of da_chief, etc... to decorate the page. :)
