The Rydex info is very interesting, thanks for the link.

I either don't know if I fully understand or agree with this part though:

What difference does the mass of money make. Individuals move money with simple phone calls. Who cares if the individuals have to move twice as much or if twice as many individuals have to make a move or somewhere in between?
