Tic extremes often happen at price extreme, but unless they are very extreme, they have little predictive power even for the rest of the day (Thursday we bounced from around -800 in the morning swoon down on the Naz tic to almost positive, just to resume the down trend with vengeance and reach -900 on the tic, so staying long as it was approaching 1770 and the tic was recovering, would have been wrong).
