those guys are crooks, plain and simple. i hope the stock tanks to 0 before the insider lockup expires. they want to have all the benefits of a bank, but none of the regulations. hell, just try and find a phone number for customer support. i dare you! they admitted in a WSJ article a few months ago that they purposefully make it hard to find the # on the website because it was much cheaper to handle (ignore) complaints via email. didn't anyone tell these clowns that the dot.com bubble ended two years ago? >PayPal hit by class-action suit
