Sergio on a 1-10 basis I'll give CPHD a 6 at the current price, and again stress it's high risk nature. It's my belief that the recent price decline was institutional driven, bidding the price down with large blocks..This happened a few weeks ago, and then Warburg came out with their buy rating..(a little misunderstood earnings report,IMO)..So well see, I think either they were grabbing more shares, or we have a new institutional player. Time will tell. Don't expect any hype from this company, personally I think a good pr firm would help them out..Of course much of the silence is probably military related..I'm expecting good news to come out in the Fall, when much of the new Military spending budjet cash is released..So it may still be early to buy, hard to tell..;^)
