Off hand, I'd say semi foundaries are complete toast in a down turn. Then remember the first and only POS.

Well I'm long CA (was supposed to be a day trade), I'm thinking of a short to match it. Not interested in trading the crash, but a good short would be AMAT and I might pick it instead of selling CA on a bounce on Monday.

Some of the semi biz in defense electronics will be worth a look on the long side. Forget Hi tech/low tech arguments, they mean chit in survival semi tech environments.

I have no LT investments in the semis... sold everything a while back. Man did that lift a load off my shoulders -g-

Gold means squat, but I have worked with it and like it..so I'm biased. I like gold miners and bought em.

warning ... Luc sayes gold sucks and he may be right .

Cramer exposes revenue scam in NY mag

In this week's New York magazine, Cramer reveals that many companies are using a scheme called a "Lazy Susan," in which a company will "invest" millions of dollars (sometimes hundreds of millions) in another company, then shortly thereafter, the money will be returned and it will be booked as revenue!!
