Japanese Dhow or Chinese Junk Now that you know Jesus fished on the Sea of Japan you probably wonder which type of watercraft was used. If he was fishing for mackerel he would have preferred the junk, on the other hand if he wanted to achieve balance with the fish he would have used the dhow, that is what the dhow is all about, balance. I have found a Mandarin Tools website which will assign you a good Chinese name. It does suggest that a Chinese friend might be able to give you a more authentic chinese name. I have been assigned the name Song Gaorui mandarintools.com
