Zeev, I am looking to put some speculative money to work this week. As far as buying some way out of the money puts, who do you think is the best candidate. Qcom, Qlgc, Emlx or Ebay. For example, I was thinking about buying some April 20's on Qcom. So, if the stock falls apart, like I think it will, the price of the put could triple.

Ebay looks like it could break 40 and run in to the 30's, same story with Emlx and Qlgc, although more hot air has come out of Qlgc in percentage terms than Emlx.

Thanks for your insights.

Zeev, amen to the comment "most of the time we all muddle through", although this is much less true of those of us lucky enough to have the benefit of your views. I think this is one reason someone else I considered wise said "Never Bet the Entire Farm". Just for the consideration of some who tend to the extreme <g>. tim

<<Most of the time, we all "muddle through".>>

The real truth is you muddle through ALL the time......your what ifs, and opposing scenarios make one of your scenarios correct.....LOL.....and you never give credit to the posters who make the right call....especially when you've missed the mark by a mile.....

Looking for the "Black Monday" you forecasted last Friday...... Message 17098041

Talk about missing the mark.....my goodness.......
