MSI, the United States never "invaded" the Soviet Union. We made sure their communist leaders knew any incursion into another country would be dealt with harshly, and we had the force to back it up.

Without the credible arms of the United States their nut-case leaders may have invaded numerous other countries before it was all over. Thankfully, we will never know. What we do know is we made them pay a terrible price for their invasion of Afghanistan on XMAS eve. And it was a lesson which caused many of their militaristic leaders to lose face, prestige and power.

Communist China should be dealt with in the same kinda way. They must know that while we talk about including them in the great nations of the world, and believe we can work with them toward our many common interests, any invasion into democratic Tawaiin would be unexceptable.

It bears noting this is the same communist China which has invaded peaceful Tibet and continues to deny the Tibeten people their land, their free exercise of religion, and their destiny.

Without our military might, they would surely have already invaded Tawaiin and murdered many thousands in their long term quest for global power.

The spreading of freedom and democracy aren't a given without America's military, moral and economic leadership.
