Rich, the target of late February early March was a long range target, now that we are getting close, I am not going to try and force the market to obey the turnips, but try and get the turnips to listen to the market instead> The market are no yet singing in a tune that says the bottom is here. If we get a "meaningful" rally in the Naz (and I would say 100 naz points or so) before we get the signals of a bottom, that will simply retard the expected beginning of the spring rally, and as long as the Chinese torture continues, and as long as we do not get a real bottom, I am staying in my bear suit, even if we are in mid April by then.
