CR - Nice post. When will the lights go on. IMHO they will start going on when PCS lights up in June. Your post missed the one big factor that has imho driven the stock down recently and that is the PCS issue. The market perceives the capital markets to be virtually shut down except to people who don't need them. I'm not sure in the current circumstances why they have to wait till June. I would hope that they start turning the system on anywhere it is ready. I just can't see the point in waiting at this time. Best, L
