I hope the government is getting better about procurement. The problem is Generic, Cobalt. No large Bureaucracy, like the Military, can ever be efficient. You have to pour 4 times as much money into it to get the same result as a private organization, IMO.

Hmm..I always thought the real case was about regular little hook-ups reporting number of keystrokes per minute, and especially the use of the delete-correct key, for regular little manual key inputting cheap labor ladies?? Ilmarinen Something anyone with limited skills still can write. (but luckily most fat middle managers have had to learn how to input their own propaganda ideas, wildly searching for the right key on the keyboard) Recording private discussions through any connected microphone, like a regular office phone, is much more serious??
