Windows XP. Hi dns. I don't know if Windows XP could be affecting those Java applications for annotating the charts.

Hopefully, some of the more technically oriented amongst our group here will have some ideas.

I am still using Windows 98, and I use Internet Explorer version 5.5 for my work with charts.

I use the annotate feature several times a day usually, and I haven't ever encountered the problem you're describing.

Were other annotation features working?
i.e. Could you use the support/resistance line feature?
Or the Text Tool, or Callout Tool, or the Arrow Tool?
