Me too, fear and despair any solutions in the near term.

The reason it is so interesting, as it works so well in the rest of the world, at least the "west".

Obviously, in an Orwellian-Clinton matter, I did not define what "it" is, although Clinton
focused on what the "is"??

Tough stuff, almost 2 centuries to cover?? (since 2-party systems, gerrymandering
of voting districts, became the jokes of democracy)
