Thomas, In a way the way that islam wastes their resources is very good. Instead of educating their people they school them in the koran and hatred with the end result that very few can read modern weapons manuals and that makes them useless soldiers. A few fanatics can do this, but the masses make very bad warriors. Look at Israel, all her people are soldiers and are well trained and well educated and they are quite able to deal with modern weapons and strategy. the real threat would have come if the arabs in 1948 had said, "lets be smart, no war, just send the kids to school and train up an educated populace and in time we will be able to deal with Israel very easily". Instead they stupidly attacked when not ready with men whou could not read or understand manuals. They were trained very simplistically and once out of their training, they were easy meat. Let me say Israel is quite lucky that the arabs were so foolish. the same holds for all the islamic states. they will place their emphasis on wasted effort in reading the koran and lose the war. Bill
