Yes, I noticed this was already abused for politics in UK. The shooting here has been mainly confined to Hells Angels and other bike gangs fighting for the local drug markets and routes, but negotiations with and between them seem to have had good results, avoided escalation (although much more complex than that) Ilmarinen Undetected and untreated suicidal mental disorders, depressions and shooting enthusiasts, unemployment, divorces,etc are also serious. Luckily the earlier trend of cutting the budgets have ended.
