hueyone, will there be anyone who has not stressed pushing to the limits which are gray in GAAP. Even those of us having CPA's doing our taxes as them for consulting advise. Is it so different for the Corporation. As long as they follow Gaap we have a level playing field. The problem is whether the playing field is level. Just think of revisions of GAAP and its impact on all types of organizations, ie, government, private, religious and corporate. It sure will be interesting. Paul
