AMD probably had little to do with this drop in revenue. The market was down as a whole due to the recession. AMD's share of the market is still insignificant. Logic would say that Intel reduced ASPs to spur demand in a fallen market, rather than to spur competition. Though I realize that logic is a foreign concept to you.
