When do they become American?
I see it as divisive and inaccurate.
If that same Irish-American
(Czech-American) went and walked down a street in Dublin (Prague), the locals would immediately recognize he/she as an American just from their gait.
In America, they are Irish
(Czech), in Ireland (Czechia) they are American.
