Mass migration INTO Japan, that is. ROFL! IMO they are correct to downsize their population to better fit the tiny specks of land they live on.

Women can wander the parks at night, alone, without being attacked and raped. People don't get mugged despite carrying wads of cash. There are over 100 million people in the same area that NZ has 4 million, so there is no shortage of people to build roads, bridges, and anything else they want. People are pleasant, polite and civilized. Even the tramps are professional at their business. They are the best tramps in the world! They bring in a few foreign girls to work in the bars and Engrish teachers [who have to put on an American accent instead of a Kiwi one]. They hire a few foreign pilots and things like that. But they do NOT want hordes of obnoxious, uncivilized and criminally-inclined gaijin polluting their world. They have a crowd of US military people at various bases and those are not universally popular [especially when they rape Japanese girls]. I am serious! NZ has been playing the 'diversity' refugee game and we have got daily murder in the streets [and homes]. Well, a murder every three days anyway. Burglary is rampant. NZ used to be like Japan and crime was very low and far less extreme, leaving doors unlocked and so on. We have serious racial problems too, with frequent disagreements about some issues, such as who gets to perform the haka to welcome Bill Clinton and why [and whether] the Prime Minister was late to a marae for a meeting. Japan won't want those sorts of problems. Mqurice
