yeah, cuban was one of the people i was thinking of when i said some "executives" sold out at the top. but that's not the same thing as taking a YHOO, QCOM, CSCO, and having the CEO do a multi-tens-of-billions shelf offering. just think, CSCO could have floated $600BILLION in stock for only 50% dilution at the peak! now that would have been truly impressive.

if i were CEO of CSCO, i would try to do a $111BILLION offering right now!
